All work on the site is available for purchase. Custom works of art are also available upon request. All purchases are subject to the return and shipping policies.
All paintings, photographs, and some sketches are completely original works of art and can not be duplicated and re-sold without the artist’s consent. Any breach of this sort shall be prosecuted.
Once artwork is purchased you are gaining ownership of the product itself, not the creative use. By purchasing products deemed as original works of art you are allowing your contact information to be stored in case the artist would like to contact you in the future to borrow back work for gallery or museum showcases. The owner’s name will be displayed at all shows.

PURCHASE AND SHIPPING
All purchases will be processed within 3-5 business days from the purchase date. All purchases must be coordinated through contact with the artist. Shipping varies per product and will be discussed with the purchaser before arrangements are made. All products DO NOT ship out of the United States and will be shipped via UPS or USPS ground unless requested otherwise by the purchaser. Products will be shipped with packing materials to ensure safe delivery and will include $100 of shipping insurance. If more insurance is needed the purchaser must specify and pay for it accordingly. A tracking number will be provided for each purchase.
Paintings will have a flat rate shipping cost (usually around $100) and will be shipped standard ground UPS or USPS.
Sketches will be shipped according to weight (usually about 5 pounds) and will include a standard frame with glass.
Photographs will be shipped according to weight (usually 5-10 pounds) and will include a standard or custom frame according to purchase correspondence.
Local Delivery is available in the SoCal region for a small fee. Contact for details.
In-store pickup can be arranged for no additional cost.
NOTE: The online store is in no way responsible for lost or stolen items once the tracking number for the shipment has been provided.
RETURNS
Returns are not accepted at any time for any reason. If you are unsure about a product more photos as well as detailed conversation can be provided. If you are local to the SoCal region you are welcome to set up an appointment to view the work in person.
